YOUR REAL ODDS

About 7% of applicants become finalists, and up to 20 fellows are selected per cohort.

The program runs twice a year, so there are roughly 40 fellows selected annually across both cohorts. Competition is real: the majority of applicants are cut after the written round.

WHAT IT TAKES

  1. Take the alignment quiz to confirm fit — 15–20 minutes

  2. Submit written application with short-answer and long-form questions plus 1–2 videos including a 3-minute pitch — Several hours over 1–2 weeks

  3. If selected as a finalist (~7%), complete a 75-minute virtual interview — 1–2 hours prep plus interview

  4. Await final decision; full process takes up to 3 months — Up to 3 months from submission
