What it takes
Complete the eligibility assessment and application online.
Both candidates and employers are notified once pre-qualified, then find their own placement match.
Once a match is confirmed, sign and return contract agreements within 15 days of being issued to secure funding.15 days
Both the employer and candidate must fill out reports throughout the placement for the employer to receive the wage subsidy.
Worth knowing
When active, the program offered employers 80% wage coverage up to $18,000 of a candidate's salary, or up to $25,000 for not-for-profit organizations, for placements of 3 to 12 months.
