What it takes
Contact NPC for an eligibility assessment; an NPC team member will review minimum eligibility requirements and the scope of your potential project.
Submit an application if invited; it will be evaluated on novelty, market opportunity, business model, competitors, team strength, need for the plan, anticipated outcomes, and expert qualifications.
Submit a summary of the expert's qualifications and statement of work to NPC for review before final approval.
If not approved, you may appeal in writing within 15 days of receiving the decision, stating the basis for your objection.
