You need to be a digital health startup with a Swiss base or a credible Swiss market entry plan.

Swiss-based startups, incorporated or not, are eligible. Startups incorporated outside Switzerland can apply if their solution fits the Swiss healthcare system and they have a concrete plan—such as a pilot or market entry—to operate there.

YOUR REAL ODDS

Only 13 grants are awarded per year across all three levels: 5 at Level 1, 5 at Level 2, and 3 at Level 3.

The program runs two cohorts per year, so roughly 6-7 grants are available per cohort. Competition is real, but the small award pool means selectivity is high at every level.

Grants are equity-free and interest-free at all three levels, and winners also get structured access to coaches, industry mentors, and paid CxO-as-a-Service specialists—so the non-cash support is a real part of the value. Startups can apply at the level matching their current maturity and progress to higher levels in future cohorts.
