Your initiative—nonprofit or for-profit—needs demonstrated early results such as pilot users, measurable outcomes, or some funding.

Because applicants must work in one of roughly 20 named cities or metro areas, most founders are filtered out before merit review. If your location qualifies and you have a relevant AI or workforce-focused initiative, you are a much stronger candidate than the open listing suggests.
