What it takes

Submit your pitch application by the deadline using the HRS platform.

If selected as a semi-finalist, receive pitch coaching from M2D2 and then pitch for 10 minutes on the main stage, followed by 5 minutes of Q&A.

Compete in person at HRX Live 2026 in Atlanta, where judges evaluate based on novelty, feasibility, ability to scale to market, and impact on cardiovascular care.

Worth knowing

Semi-finalists receive professional pitch coaching from the Massachusetts Medical Device Development Center (M2D2) before taking the stage, in addition to the cash prizes for top finishers.
