YOUR REAL ODDS

Competitive, but reapplicants have a 2x higher acceptance rate than first-time applicants.

Acceptance rates are not published, but the program runs twice a year and invests $150K–$500K for roughly 10–15% equity. Everyone who interviews receives detailed feedback, making rejection a useful data point.

WHAT IT TAKES

  1. Submit application at iterative.vc/apply — 1–3 hours

  2. Interview with Iterative team (if selected) — 1 session

  3. 4-day in-person orientation, then 3-month remote program — ~3 months

WORTH KNOWING

If rejected, reapplying is a genuine strategy—reapplicants are accepted at twice the rate of first-time applicants, and Iterative explicitly encourages founders to treat early applications as a way to build a relationship with the team.
