CAN YOU GET THIS?

You need 1-2 years of editing experience and availability to work part-time from September 14 to December 18, 2026.

Applicants must have basic proficiency in a non-linear editing tool (Adobe Premiere Pro preferred, but Final Cut Pro, Avid, or DaVinci Resolve accepted) and must be able to travel to Los Angeles for a kickoff week September 14-18. All qualified individuals are encouraged to apply, with explicit encouragement for those from historically marginalized communities.

This is an annual program run in partnership with Adobe and NAACP Studios. With only a handful of spots and a national applicant pool, selection is selective—but the program is relatively new and growing.
