You must identify as LGBTQIA+, be the CEO or owner, and run a US business with 2–100 employees, at least 1 year old, and under $5M annual revenue.

The grant is open to all industries nationwide. You must hold a leadership title (CEO, President, or Business Owner) — not just be an employee or co-founder without that designation.
