✓Consortium of 4–6 independent legal entities required
✓Entities must be in Horizon Europe eligible countries
✓Must span at least two different eligible countries
✓Fashion brand must be SME operating 3+ years
✕Costs already funded by the EU cannot be reimbursed
What it takes
Register each consortium member on the EU Funding and Tender Portal to obtain a Participant Identification Code (PIC) before applying.
Complete and submit the application form on the submission platform, including a budget plan, a Gantt chart, and a 3 to 5 minute video in English presenting the transformative idea, product or service.
Ensure relevant private-sector consortium members provide a certificate of completion showing minimum knowledge on circular business models, sustainability, or circular design in fashion.
Submit before the extended deadline; if a technical issue prevents submission, send a screenshot of the error via the Contact Us form before the deadline.
Worth knowing
EIT Culture and Creativity may reimburse up to 100% of eligible project costs, but costs already funded by other EU programmes cannot also be reimbursed under this call.
