What it takes
Submit all required elements in SAGE, including Organization Profile, Project Contacts, Cost Summary, and the appropriate Appendix (A, B, or C) in PDF format for each component applied to.
Submit proof of eligibility documents including IRS 501(c)(3) letter if applicable, Statement of Total Gross Revenue or Annual Report, Tax Clearance Certificate, and NJ Charities Registration Letter current within six months.
Submit the completed application through SAGE by the deadline; paper, fax, and email submissions are not accepted and no extensions will be granted.
