What it takes
Attend or watch a required information session before applying.
Submit your application through Submittable with all required materials including applicant information, artist statement, project description, project budget using NYFA's template, and work samples.
If awarded, sign the grant agreement, submit an Event Confirmation Form at least four weeks before the public component, and submit a Final Report within one month of completing all project activities.
Worth knowing
Applicants can only submit one application to QAF in the 2027 calendar year, and collectives must choose between the New Work Grant and the Arts Access Grant.
If awarded, recipients will receive between 50% and 100% of their requested amount.
