If a qualifying disaster affects your area, complete and submit the R4R grant application, including a W-9, proof of loss, and business banking documentation.
After receiving a grant, complete two post-grant impact reports at six weeks and one year, and complete an online disaster-related educational course before the one-year report.
Worth knowing
If more eligible businesses apply than there is available funding for a given disaster, grants are randomly allocated, but applicants not selected remain in consideration if another disaster strikes their community.
