If your business falls into one of the designated strategic sectors, including manufacturing, tech, agriculture, aquaculture, or creative industries, your investors can claim up to a 50% personal tax credit on investments up to $1,000,000 per year, which makes your shares considerably more attractive than those of businesses outside the strategic sectors.
