What it takes

Provide a signed W-9 with a valid EIN, an IRS determination letter, a recent Form 990 (or equivalent), and an audited financial statement or balance sheet from the most recently completed fiscal year.
Provide an annual operating budget and proposal budget when applicable.

Grants are one-time and non-renewable, and past grantees must wait two full cycles before reapplying. For example, a 2025 grantee may not reapply until 2028.
