What it takes
Submit a proposal identifying your project type: either a Clinical Practice Innovation Project or an Evidence-Based Practice Implementation Project, including goals, background, description of the innovation, anticipated outcomes, timeline, and budget.
Provide a personal statement explaining how you are primarily working in clinical settings and affiliated with community mental health, private practice, or other local outpatient settings.
Include a CV and an attestation addressing how the project will impact marginalized or under-resourced communities or populations.
Specify your plan for obtaining IRB approval; you do not need approval at time of application, but must provide the approval letter or waiver before funding is disbursed.
