CAN YOU GET THIS?

You must lead a 2-8 year old registered nonprofit in Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, South Africa, Malawi, or Zimbabwe with an annual budget of $25,000–$200,000.

You need to be the Executive Director or equivalent, working full-time alongside at least two other full-time staff, and your organization must directly serve children and youth primarily through education.

Each cohort accepts 15–20 leaders from roughly 15 organizations out of an open applicant pool.

Spots are limited and the program is selective, but eligibility criteria are specific enough that if you clearly fit the profile, you are a serious candidate rather than one of thousands of generic applicants.
