This is an ongoing provincial program with no published cap, and approval is based on meeting eligibility criteria rather than beating out other applicants.

Worth knowing
If you hire a graduate who self-identifies as Mi'kmaq or Indigenous, African Nova Scotian, a visible minority, a person with a disability, a member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, or a woman in an underrepresented occupation, you receive an additional 10% subsidy in year one, bringing your first-year benefit to 35% of salary.
