You qualify if you run a hospitality or tourism social enterprise, nonprofit, or NGO that is 5 years old or younger.

The program is global and open to small businesses, nonprofits, and NGOs with measurable social impact in hospitality and tourism—particularly those focused on youth development. You must be emerging or early-stage, defined as up to 5 years old.

There are three separate awards across two categories, so multiple winners are selected each cycle.

Each award category has a winner and an honorable mention slot, which increases the number of funded outcomes. The organizers also emphasize that every applicant receives mentorship and feedback, making the process worthwhile even without winning.
